1. Parties and Scope:
This Privacy and Distance Sales Agreement is executed between Livora Catering ("Provider") and the ordering Client. By placing an order, the Client unconditionally agrees to all provisions herein.
2. Quality and Hygiene Commitment:
Livora Catering guarantees that all meals prepared in our ISO 22000 and HACCP certified central kitchen are delivered punctually within optimal thermal ranges.
3. Cancellation and Revision:
Due to perishable gourmet production, orders may be amended or cancelled with written notice at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery.
4. Payment Security:
Online payments are encrypted with 256-Bit SSL protocols. Credit card details are never stored on our servers.
